Nothing But Matcha PH respects your privacy and follows the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). This notice explains what we collect when you order from this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email and Facebook name.
- Your delivery address, landmark and, if you drop one, your map pin.
- What you ordered, your order total and the payment screenshot you upload.
- Reviews you choose to send us, and your email if you ask to be told when an item is back in stock.
Why we collect it
- To process, pack and deliver your order, and to confirm your payment.
- To send you order updates, answer your questions, and email you about restocks you asked for.
- To show reviews on our site, only after we approve them, using your first name and last initial.
- To keep business and tax records.
Who we share it with
- Couriers and riders (J&T, Lalamove, Grab) get the name, mobile number and address needed to deliver your order.
- Service providers that run our shop: Google (where orders are stored), Telegram (our order alerts) and Netlify (which hosts this website). Anonymous visit counts are stored with Google too.
- If this site uses the Meta Pixel, Meta receives information about pages you visit and purchases (not your name, phone or address) so we can measure our ads. You can manage this in your Facebook ad settings.
We never sell your information.
On your device
Your cart and your delivery details are saved in your own browser so you don't have to type them again. You can clear them any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Counting visits
To improve the shop, we count visits anonymously. A random ID saved in your browser lets us tell a first visit from a return visit. With it we note which pages and products were viewed, what was added to the cart, how far checkout got, how long the visit lasted, whether it was on a phone or computer, and the website or link you came from. This is not connected to your name, mobile number, email or address, and we don't keep your IP address. We delete visit records after about 13 months. You can reset the ID any time by clearing your browser's site data.
How long we keep it
We keep order information for as long as we need it for your order, customer service and our records, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Message us on our Facebook Page and we'll respond as soon as we can.
